We offer a *30-Day Money Back Guarantee, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Any unopened/unused merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the date the package is delivered to receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s). After the 30 days you may return your item with a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted 60 days after purchase date. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging and tags (Including price tags). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance, except in the event of our error. All demo products are held to a no return policy.

In the case that we make an error, please reach out to us within 60 days of the item being received so we can promptly correct and find replacements, if need be.

To ensure we receive the product undamaged, we request that all returns be shipped back to UtahSkis in appropriate packaging. If we receive the item shipped only in the product packaging (ie. binding box, helmet packaging), we will charge a 15% repackaging fee. If the item arrives to us damaged and/or missing parts, we reserve the right to not accept the return.

*Please be aware that we will not accept returns on mounted skis.

We now offer return protection for UtahSkis orders called Redo. You can opt in for return insurance within your cart for $3.98 to then later qualify for free unlimited returns on that order.* If you choose to not purchase Redo at the time of checkout, you can still use our Returns Portal through Redo to purchase a return label at a discounted price. 


*Does not apply to Final Sale products, such as demo skis and demo snowboards. 



To expedite your exchange, we request that you order the new item you want to exchange on This will ensure the item does not go out of stock. Upon receipt of your original returned order, we will credit your account.



Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it is received. When the return has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the refund information. We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding the original shipping charges that may have been applied to your order). The timeline of when you receive your refund may vary and take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
