Out-of-Stock Items

If the color or size you want is not listed on the product page, it is not available for ordering. Some items may be unavailable even if the Sites indicate that they are in-stock, and adding the item to your cart does not guarantee availability of said item. If the item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you via email or phone. 

Pricing and Merchandise

Merchandise pricing on the Sites is stated in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise indicated, without applicable taxes and shipping included. UtahSkis takes reasonable steps to ensure that pricing for Merchandise is correct. However, pricing errors may still occur. If a product is displaying an incorrect price, we will cancel your order for that item and alert you via email or phone. Additionally, UtahSkis takes reasonable steps to display accurate images and descriptions, including colors, of Merchandise on the Sites. Actual images and colors may be rendered differently on your computer, therefore may not be accurate. Therefore, UtahSkis cannot guarantee the accuracy of the Merchandise images.


Right to Terminate

UtahSkis reserves the right to, without notice, terminate your right to the Sites, or any portion of the Sites, and to block your future access to the Sites. 

Returns and Exchanges of Products

We offer a *30-Day Money Back Guarantee, If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Any unopened/unused merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the date the package is delivered to receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s). After the 30 days you may return your item with a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted 60 days after purchase date. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging and tags (Including price tags). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance, except in the event of our error. All demo products are held to a no return policy.

*Please be aware that we will not accept returns on mounted skis.

**We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.

To ensure we receive the product undamaged, we request that all returns be shipped back to UtahSkis in appropriate packaging. If we receive the item shipped only in the product packaging (ie. binding box, helmet packaging), we will charge a 15% repackaging fee. If the item arrives to us damaged and/or missing parts, we reserve the right to not accept the return.


Payment and Refunds

Only valid credit cards or other payment method accepted by us may be used and all refunds will be credited to the same card or other payment method via our discretion. By submitting your order, you authorize us to use the designated card or payment method and you authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, handling and any other charges as described on the Sites) to that card or payment method. If the card or other payment method cannot be verified, your order may be canceled.
